Truck Body Panel Roll Forming Line
Side, floor or roof panels for commercial vehicle bodies.
Floor deck, insulated panel, solar mounting, racking, guardrail and special structural lines.
Start with the finished part and its use, not a broad "structural machine" label. A floor deck, a solar mounting rail, a rack upright, a road guardrail and an insulated panel require different profiles and production steps. Send the dimensioned drawing and material specification; Halcyon can then review the proposed configuration and the sample test for the specific line.
| Finished part | Check before selecting equipment | Evidence to request at sample acceptance |
|---|---|---|
| Floor deck | Deck section, effective cover width, embossing or punching, cut length and whether the deck is designed for concrete or a dry-floor system. | Measure the formed section and cut pieces against the approved drawing; use the floor-deck sample checklist. Structural capacity needs the project's engineering design. |
| Structural floor framing profile (HLG-300 reference) | Check the 300 mm published reference against your actual floor-member drawing, service holes, connections and material. This is a different selection from composite floor decking. | Witness dimensional and connection checks on trial pieces; confirm which tooling and operations the offered build includes. |
| Solar mounting rail or bracket | Rail versus purlin versus bracket, hole and slot layout, coating and connection details. | Check section dimensions, hole positions and assembly fit on a sample from the proposed line; confirm load design separately. |
| Rack upright or beam | Upright and beam are different tooling requests; identify perforations, connection geometry and straightness needs. | Check formed profile, pitch of repeated holes and mating-connector fit; rack loading needs its own system design. |
| Road guardrail | Specify the approved barrier profile, bolt-hole positions, coating and cut length for the target road standard. | Compare trial pieces to the supplied drawing and applicable project standard; a forming trial alone does not certify a road-safety system. |
| Insulated or cleanroom panel | Clarify facing profile, core material, bonding/lamination process, joint detail and panel thickness. | Ask to inspect a complete panel and its joint, not only a formed metal facing; project fire and thermal claims need separate test evidence. |
Quotation input: profile drawing, steel grade, thickness range, coil data, punching layout, target output and site power. Model names and photos are references; only our current written proposal and agreed trial define the supplied line. Send your requirements for a configuration review.
Buyer review: Halcyon Machinery, updated 28 September 2026. This is a selection framework, not a claim that one machine produces every listed product or that a sample trial proves structural performance.
Open a model page for the specification framework. Final speed, power, stations and accuracy require our Xiamen production base's technical proposal and a trial against the approved drawing.

Steel decking selected by its non-composite structural role; specify permanent formwork with concrete or a dry-floor system separately.
Material strength, thickness, profile geometry, punching frequency and output target determine the final line configuration.
Review the profile drawing and material before selecting a dedicated line.
