New factory-direct line or a used purlin machine for sale?
A used purlin machine only makes the sizes and hole patterns its tooling was built for, and its shafts, hydraulics and electrics are of unknown condition. A new line is tooled to your drawings, built for your voltage and trialled with your coil. If you look at a used machine, ask for a running video and measure a sample piece against your drawing before paying.

Buyer questions
Should I buy a C purlin machine, a Z purlin machine or a C/Z machine?
Buy for the sections your projects use. If you only supply C sections, a C line is simpler. If your roofs and walls use lapped Z purlins over continuous spans, or customers ask for both, a C/Z line avoids a second machine. Send both drawings and we confirm what one line can cover.
How much does a purlin machine cost?
We quote by configuration. Section range, thickness, punching, cutting, automation level, control brands and FOB or CIF terms change the price. Send your drawings and we reply with a written quotation within 24 hours.
How long does a size change take?
It depends on the line level. A fixed-size line needs a tooling change; a fully automatic stepless line changes web and flange size by PLC recipe. Ask for the changeover to be shown in the trial video for your sizes.
Can the machine punch holes for bolting?
Yes, when the punching station is included in the quoted configuration. Mark the hole pattern on the drawing so the punching dies and positions are reviewed before the quotation.
