Confirm the largest cross-section, length, weight and clamping clearance against the proposed loading and cutting layout.
Buying a beam laser cutting machine for structural steel? First verify whether the proposed HLC-750 can locate, cut and mark your actual beams or other agreed sections from your production files. Halcyon prepares the proposal with our factory team; the offered build and acceptance criteria are confirmed from your drawings and sample parts.

Our Xiamen production base describes HLC-750 as a rotary-table laser system for beams, tubes, channels and other supported sections. A buyer should verify these operations on their own member, not infer a guaranteed range from the model name.
Confirm the largest cross-section, length, weight and clamping clearance against the proposed loading and cutting layout.
Bring a real Tekla NC1 file and check whether the intended cut, hole and mark instructions survive import.
Use a sample containing the required bevels, holes and weld marks; inspect their location and edge condition after cutting.
Confirm how long members enter, remain supported and leave the laser enclosure without interference.
Published supplier material contains differing laser-power and travel descriptions. These are not a guaranteed specification for the machine offered to you. Obtain one signed configuration sheet and an acceptance method for every required value.
Source and limit: HLC-750 product description lists functions and reference data. Halcyon has not independently verified a buyer-specific build or cutting result. Reviewed 2 October 2026. The source still gives conflicting laser-power and travel descriptions; obtain the selected configuration in writing.
A useful trial follows the same file, member and inspection method that production will use.
Use this blank 18-field trial record to connect the buyer's drawing and NC1 file to measured holes, bevels, marks and handling results. Agree the tolerances and measurement method before cutting. Complete one identified record per trial member; attach the original file, measurement sheet and photographs.
Measure the finished feature against its agreed datum. A supplier's positioning-accuracy figure is not automatically a finished-hole tolerance or proof of connection fit. Record cutting, loading and unloading times separately if output matters; no sample values or passed result are supplied in this blank record.
Request current workshop photos or video of the selected configuration, the component list, software screens for your file, and measured sample parts. Supplier renderings cannot prove the final machine, laser source or cutting accuracy.
Halcyon prepares the documentation and trial with our factory team. The final configuration and acceptance responsibilities should be named in the order documents.
Each option changes process capability, handling or safety scope and needs its own evidence in the offer.
Identify the exact source, cutting head and supported steel grades.
Check angle, root face and edge finish on the specified joint.
Show how the heaviest and longest proposed member remains located.
Demonstrate import, nesting, marking and part identification using your files.
Document enclosure, extraction and the destination's applicable safety review.
Include drawings, sample material, measurements and responsibility for corrections.
Multi-axis laser cutting of heavy structural members with automatic positioning and programmed operations.
No. The selected source, chuck, supports, software and material must be listed together in your signed technical offer and tested on a representative member.
Send a revision-controlled member drawing, one real Tekla NC1 file, steel grade and thickness, plus the holes, bevels and weld marks that matter to your connection.
Compare your member envelope, clamping and support needs, required bevel and marking operations, software import and measured sample result. Model names alone are not a performance ranking.
We will confirm the suitable model, process route, line modules and the values that can be guaranteed for your material.
Compare the drawing, export log, actual file and machine preview before cutting. Use the NC1 missing-hole and marking review guide and its blank reconciliation record to identify unresolved features for a configuration-specific trial.
