Step 3: choose the package
Most buyers start with the product that sells the most volume and add pipe and fittings later. Decide this before asking for prices, otherwise quotations are not comparable.

Step 4: steel or aluminium — decide before tooling
Painted or galvanized steel and aluminium coil behave differently in the rolls and need care to avoid marking the painted face. Tell us which materials and thickness range you will run, and ask for the trial on the coil you will actually buy. If you sell both materials, say so: the quotation must state that the tooling covers both.
What affects the price
We do not publish fixed prices because the configuration decides the cost: number of profiles (gutter, pipe, elbows), gutter size and pipe size range, steel or aluminium, thickness, cut-off type, speed, control-system brands, decoiler and stacking, and delivery terms (FOB or CIF). Buyer questions
Can one machine make both gutters and downpipes?
Normally no. A gutter is an open section; a downpipe is a closed tube with a locked seam, so it needs its own forming and seaming tooling. Most suppliers offer two lines, or a combined package. Send both drawings and we quote each line separately.
How much does a gutter roll forming machine cost?
It is quoted by configuration. Gutter size, number of profiles, material, thickness, cut-off, speed, control brands and FOB or CIF terms all change the price. Send your drawings and we reply with a written quotation within 24 hours.
Can the same line run steel and aluminium?
Often yes, if the tooling and thickness range are specified for both. State both materials in your inquiry and ask for trial pieces in each.
Do I need an elbow machine?
Only if you want to make elbows yourself. Many buyers start with gutter and pipe lines and buy elbows; add an elbow machine when volume justifies it. The elbow must be checked on your own straight pipe.
