Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our machines, pricing, shipping and after-sales service.

How much does a roll forming machine cost?
The price depends on the machine type, profile size, material thickness, line speed and configuration. A basic C/Z purlin machine is more affordable than a complete line with automatic stacker. Contact us with your requirements and we will send a detailed quotation within 24 hours — or ask our AI assistant for a general price range right now.
Can you customize the machine for my profile?
Yes. We can design rollers and cutting systems for custom profiles. Send us your profile drawing (or a sample) and material specification, and our engineers will confirm feasibility and provide a quotation.
What is the delivery time?
Standard machines: 20–35 days after confirmation. Customized machines: 35–50 days depending on complexity. We will give you an exact schedule with your quotation.
How do you ship the machines?
We ship by sea freight (FOB / CIF / DDP available). Machines are packed in export-grade wooden cases with rust protection. We handle all export documents and coordinate loading at the port.
What are your payment terms?
Usually 30% T/T deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment (or against BL copy). For large orders, L/C at sight is also accepted.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. Every machine comes with operation manuals and video guidance. On-site installation and operator training by our engineers can be arranged (travel expenses and service fee apply). Remote support via video call is available for free.
What is the warranty?
Our machines come with a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects (parts and labor). Spare parts are available for the whole lifetime of the machine.
Can I inspect the machine before shipping?
Absolutely. We send you a test-run video before shipment. You can also arrange third-party inspection (SGS/BV) or visit our partner factory in person.
What is the difference between a trading company and a factory?
We are an export supplier backed by partner factories. This means you get factory-direct prices, access to multiple production lines, and one professional contact for sales, logistics and after-sales — while we ensure every machine is factory inspected before shipment.
Do you sell spare parts?
Yes, we supply rollers, cutting blades, PLC components and other spare parts for all machines we sell. Contact us with your machine model for a spare parts list.
